I’ve been training with Ross for a nearly a year and have had other coaches before. However, I felt like I needed something more focused!

Since I’ve started working with Ross, I have lost 6kgs in 8 weeks and I’ve not felt like I was on a diet.

That has been my biggest win throughout, it’s been a really enjoyable process so far and I can’t wait to see where I can push myself to. I know how to navigate menu’s better, still have the treats I want especially at weekends with a few beers.

Most importantly eat the same food as my family every evening without having to worry about restricting them or myself.
